Claims

The eMEDIX Clearinghouse has a combination of connections to payers that give you access to almost any payer, from national to local. Upload your claims files and pick up your reports. eMEDIX Online tracks your claims from upload to response, to eliminate lost claims.

Claim file failures are monitored every 15 minutes. If a user has an email address set up in User Admin, holds the EMEDIXOnline Site Admin role, and has not opted out of emails (as detailed in the User Admin section), they will receive an email notificatioin in the event of a full file failure. The email subject line reads Claim File Failed in eMEDIX and includes the file name, failure date, and reason for the failure. These emails are sent as close to real-time as possible. Additionally, eMEDIX Support is alerted to the failure and will proactively reach out to the customer. Please note that these emails are automatically generated, and users should not reply directly to them. For any questions, users are encouraged to contact eMEDIX Support. 

 

Note: The file data in the email body may wrap differently depending on your email provider. If you receive a notification at the top of the email indicating that extra line breaks have been removed from the message, click the notification and select Restore Line Breaks to display the message correctly.
