Claims Report Viewer allows the customer to view reports on claims responses. Report types include the following:

| 277 | This report contains the claim acknowledgement information from the clearinghouse. |
| RPT00 | This report contains every response returned for a claim from a payer in the last 24 hours. The claims are grouped by batch to allow providers to cross reference with the RPTCA or practice management report. |
| RPT11 | This report displays the payer status for claims. |
| RPTCA | This report is a receipt for the claims received at the clearinghouse. It provides claim level detail grouped by batch and payer. |
| RPTSR | This report provides the remittance summary for claims. |
| RPTRS | This report provides any miscellaneous information related to a claim. |
| TA1 | This report provides the ANSI TA1 Interchange Acknowledgement information. |
| 999 | This report provides the ANSI 999 Implementation Acknowledgement information. |
To search for claims responses:
Click Reports from the Claims drop-down menu.
The Claims Report Viewer displays.
Enter the desired dates in the From and To fields. Select the Type and/or Status from the available drop-down menu options, select the desired display type radio button, and click Search. The information displays in the grid under the search box.
Click on the File Name to view the report in the display type format that was selected. The Retrieved via API column will either be blank or it displays the date of the last time the file was retrieved from eMEDIX.
