Claims Connection Realtime

Users can view Eligibility and On Demand CSI directly from the Claims Connection screen. Users can click the icon in the search table to view the details in the Realtime section. If a cross reference does not exist between a claim code and Eligibility/CSI, a message displays in those section of Realtime stating "Eligibility/CSI is not available for this payer at this time". 

 

Note: Users must be set up with the Eligibility and CSI permissions and Realtime Billable User in order to use the Claims Connection functionality. Contact eMEDIX Support for assistance. If the user account is not set up for Eligibility and CSI, a message displays on the screen informing the user the account is not set up for On Demand CSI/Eligibility transactions. Please contact support to get set up. If a payer is not set up for Eligibility and CSI, an error message displays once the user clicks the request button.
