Receipt Delivery allows a user to set their preferences for receiving receipts through email, text, or both. To make a selection, use the drop-down menu on the Payment Confirmation screen, enter the necessary information for email and/or text, and then click Send Receipt to proceed. This customization ensures each user can tailor their receipt delivery to their specific needs. If the submitter is not set up for electronic delivery of receipts, the Receipt Delivery Preference section will not display. See Payment Processor Setup on more information on submitter configuration.

If a receipt delivery option was selected, a message displays indicating the receipt was sent successfully and the Send Receipt button is disabled. Click Print to print a receipt from here or click Close.
If email is selected as the preference, the patient will receive an email receipt such as the one below, which includes a link to view the receipt online.
