eMEDIX has been working closely with Optum/Change Healthcare during their security event. eMEDIX does have a partnership with Optum’s Legacy Change Healthcare (OKC) clearinghouse for specific payer connections. Although Change has been re-establishing some connections via their other clearinghouse products, their services are still not completely functional. Our focus and guidance continues to be helping you work towards predictable outcomes long term.

We have been focusing on new paths for you in relation to claims and remittances, those that were impacted by this incident. Since the start of the incident eMEDIX has successfully routed approximately 99% of the claims submitted by customers on to payers. For those payers that require re-enrollment, we have been updating EZ Enroll with those new paths.  

This is an ongoing project, we will be updating this list as we identify alternative options and update EZ Enroll with new enrollment forms. Those services that are 'Yes' enrollment is required and have a date in the column 'New Enrollment Path Available in EZ Enroll' are ready for you to begin. 

There will be more information shared via an upcoming email blast to our direct customers which will include what we at CGM are doing to support you and who you can reach out to for more information.
