If the user selects the Cigna HealthSpring Request for Appeal or Consideration, editable fields display on the screen. These fields coincide with the fields used on the Cigna HealthSpring form. Users are able to enter data in the available fields, which populates into the Cigna HealthSpring appeal form, and then save the form as a .pdf.
