Remit Import

Remit Import allows users to import and export their remits. To import remits, click Remit Import from the Remits drop-down menu.

To import a file:

Select Remit Import from the Remits menu. The Import File screen displays.

Click the Upload box to select a file, or use the drag and drop feature to move up to twelve (12) files for upload. Click Submit Files.

A message displays indicating that the file(s) were imported successfully and the file information displays in the table.
No more than twelve (12) files can be imported at once. An error message displays when the number of files allowed is exceeded.
An error message displays for every file that failed to import or if an invalid file is selected. The error message includes the name of the failed file(s).

Note:

Files will be verified when uploaded. An error message displays if the file selected is not a valid ANSI remittance. As part of the upload process, the remit is automatically matched against claims when the trading partner also uses eMEDIX RCM.

Note:

eMEDIX Online is designed to support the latest web browsers. We support the current versions of Chrome and MS Edge. The Multiple File Upload feature is only supported in the latest browsers.

Using older web browsers may make users vulnerable to security issues. eMEDIX recommends updating your browser to the current version.
