Conditions Data - Dental

The Conditions section contains all the data that identifies the condition of the patient. These fields are typically dates, as well as claim specific information. Only the first four (4) Condition Codes display on the screen, but the user may add four more codes at a time. The maximum number of condition codes is 24. The screen includes the following sections:

Accident and Related Dates
Contract/File Information
Condition/Tooth Status
