User Admin - User Roles

Available User Roles:

Admin Reports Viewer: User with access to Administration reports.

Audit Log Viewer: User with permission to view audit logs.

Claims Connection Admin: User with admin permissions in All-in-One Claims, and can do things such as assign claims to users (where applicable).

Claims Connection Attachments User: User with permission to view and upload attachments in Claims Connection.

Claims Connection Restricted User: User without permissions to view Claims (and other details) in Claims Connection.

Claims Connection User: All users with eMEDIX access will have access to Claims Connection unless restricted by another role.

Claims Connection Viewer: User with read-only access to Claims Connection.

Claims Power User: User with access to Claims Upload and Reports.

Claims Report Viewer: User with access to Claims Reports.

Claims Uploader: User with access to Upload Claims.

Dashboard Admin: User with permissions to Dashboard functionality.

eMEDIXOnline Site Admin: User with permission to view Audit Logs, Administration Reports, and User Admin.

EOB Conversion User: User with permission to EOB Conversion.

Enrollment Power User: Normal user required to use eMEDIX Enrollment; this user can also start enrollments.

Online Claims Status Viewer: User with permission to Online Real-Time Claim Status.

Online Eligibility Viewer: User with permission to Online Real-Time Eligibility.

PRE-Confirm Admin: User with access to all PRE-Confirm menu options.

PRE-Confirm User: User with access to Patient Responsibility Estimate functionality (PRE-Confirm menu).

Payment Transactions Viewer: User with permissions to view the online payment transactions (Payment Portal). Must be site administrator for access to this role.

RR Admin: User with permissions to Revenue Resolve Admin functionality including Setup.

RR User: User with permissions to Revenue Resolve standard functionality. Does not have Dashboard Admin or setup screen permissions.

RR Viewer: Read-only Revenue Resolve user.

Remit Download Viewer: User with permissions to Remit Downloads. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Remit Mgr Power User: User with Remit Manager permissions including Payer Maintenance and Remit Manager Reports. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Remit Mgr Remit Closer: User with permissions to close remits in Remit Manager. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Remit Mgr Remit Exporter: User with permissions to export remits in Remit Manager. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Remit Mgr Remit Importer: User with permissions to import remits in Remit Manager. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Remit Mgr Remit Splitter: User with permissions to split remits in Remit Manager. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Remit Mgr Viewer: User with permissions to view Remit Manager, Remit Manager Reports, and match/unmatch remits. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Statements Power User: User with permissions to Statements Upload and Reports. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Statements Report Viewer: User with access to Statement Reports. Must be site administrator for access to this role.

Statements Uploader: User with permissions to Upload Statement Files. Must be site administrator for access to this role.
